ABOUT PROJECT

Our client is a multinational British-American company operating in the professional services and management consulting sector.

REQUIREMENTS

4+ years of project management experience Proven track record managing mid-to-large teams Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies Hands-on experience with Fixed Price project tracking Solid understanding of IT systems and project life cycles Proven understanding of project financial aspects – profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and resources utilization Excellent command of English

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and manage project activities from initiation to closure within defined scope, budget, and schedule Work with stakeholders to clarify and maintain project scope and objectives Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, update timelines and deliverables as needed Monitor project progress, track milestones, and support the team in meeting deadlines Support budgeting process by tracking hours and resources used Ensure quality standards are met on all deliverables Handle day-to-day operational tasks and remove blockers for the team Facilitate effective communication within the project team and with external stakeholders Identify and report project risks, contribute to mitigation planning Act as the main point of contact for project-related communication between the internal team and the client Collaborate with resource managers to request and allocate necessary team members Prepare project documentation and status reports for stakeholders and PMO Follow existing PMO processes and provide feedback for improvements when relevant
