We are looking for a Business Analyst who will help gather and organize business requirements, conduct basic market research, support stakeholder alignment, and assist in building the foundation for a new product roadmap.
This is a great opportunity for someone with general Business Analysis experience who is looking to gain more hands-on exposure to digital product development in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Participate in the early phase of the project to understand business goals and user needs
Assist with competitor and market research to help inform product planning
Help collect and organize insights from stakeholder interviews and workshops
Document key user pain points and business challenges
Support the creation of customer journey maps, process flows, and user stories
Work with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify product requirements
Create clear and concise documentation, such as use cases, feature lists, and flow diagrams
Ensure documentation reflects both business needs and user experience considerations
Support the prioritization of features in collaboration with stakeholders
Work closely with product designers, managers, and stakeholders to align on product direction
Contribute to team discussions and provide input based on research and analysis
Help maintain communication between technical and non-technical team members
4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst in IT
Familiarity with product development or digital projects
Strong skills in organizing and documenting requirements
Good communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to analyze information, identify patterns, and present findings clearly
Comfortable using tools like Google Docs, Miro, Excel, or similar
Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English (B2–C1)
