Purchasing Operations Associate
Position Purpose:
The position of PO Associate is contributing to an overall efficient operations of PO department and its high standards. The objective of the role is to provide high quality of services to martkets by: timely processing high volume of incoming tickets and query resolution, keeping high accuracy according to the existing Policies and Procedures.
What will you do – responsibilities:
Operations - accurately process agreed volume of MyJTI tickets in line with existing SOPs and Company Policies and Procedures; meeting KPIs and other targets; purchase Order creation and Purchase Requisition validationIssue Resolution Support - respond to requisitioner's inquiries and requests related to operational duties in a timely, professional mannerCompliance - well familiar with all Standard Operating Procedures related to daily jobOther - manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s requestWho are we looking for – requirements:
Ongoing or complete University Degree ( a Plus if in Accounting/Finance)No work experience required or <1 yearFluent English (B2); knowledge of German would be a great advantageMicrosoft Office basicsAttention to detail and accuracyCapability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-changing environmentAbility to work under pressure and against challenging deadlinesPositive attitude towards repetitive tasksAbility to absorb knowledge quickly (fast learner)Good communication skillsTeam orientedAre you ready to join us?
