Raw Material Supply Associate
You will be responsible for executing on-time and compliant order-handling process for all raw materials (NTM (Non Tobacco Materials) & Leaf) in line with the Global Sourcing Plan and requirements from the Planning Department. Order handling process including all SAP transactions, master data maintenance for materials and vendors, PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) duties, communication and negotiation with suppliers for requested delivery date as well as issue resolution with suppliers, Research&Development, Global Procurement and local functions like planning, Annual Planning and all logistics operations.
The position will be based in Izmir and reporting to Raw Material Supply Manager.

As the Raw Material Supply Associate, you will also:
Attend MRB (Material Review Board) meetings regularly and perform the necessary tasks to resolve quality issues Ensure alignment of department to relevant ISO requirements Organize shipments to improve and advance NTM (Non Tobacco Materials) Load Factor Targets. Close contact especially with Material Planning, Quality Assurance and GSC (Global Supply Chain) Finance locallyBe responsible for logistics operations of NTM's (Non Tobacco Materials) and leaf’s for all international deliveries while co-ordinating daily business flow between suppliers, agencies and planning departmentRequirements:
University degree preferably in Business Administration or EngineeringMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar job preferredExcellent command of Turkish and English Advanced level of MS Office applications, SAP knowledge is an asset, Network computers usage capability
