We invite you to join Arzinger team for the Associate/Senior Associate position in Life Sciences & Healthcare practice - a team having a unique expertise on Ukrainian legal services market. As a member of our team you will  be engaged in implementation of socially significant projects and development of our country by working on reforms in healthcare, anti-corruption and competition areas. You will be involved in all key business processes of our clients -  international and local pharmaceutical companies, clinics and other major players in Life Sciences and Healthcare area. We are looking for someone who is able to work directly with our clients, manage the projects autonomously and steer them to a successful conclusion. If that is you, come and join our teamResponsibilities:providing legal support to Life Sciences & Healthcare, Food and Beverage companies on issues arising at the Ukrainian and international levels;drafting necessary documents (memoranda, legal opinions, agreements, position papers, contracts etc.);communication with clients, preparation of commercial offers;PR activity (legal alerts, newsletters, publications, comments, presentations etc.);monitoring legislative changes and court practice;general legal support for projects of the practice.Requirements:3+ years of relevant experience;university degree in Law;attorney’s license will be an advantage;advanced level of English is obligatory;experience in advising on Ukrainian and international issues;knowledge of the concepts of Life Sciences & Healthcare, Food and Beverage regulation will be an advantage;ability to work with extensive information volumes in short terms;analytical and strategic thinking;experienced PC, Liga user.We offer:great opportunity to join ambitious team of the market leader in legal services; competitive salary; participation in events and social projects of the company.
