Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining test cases for complex software solutions. Strong understanding of API testing tools (Postman, SpecFlow, or equivalent). Basic knowledge of automation frameworks and willingness to develop entry-level automation tests. Experience in test design techniques, with the ability to articulate pros and cons of different approaches. Ability to work independently and own the QA function, driving testing strategy and execution. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum-based environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with developers, customers, and stakeholders. Ability to travelJob Responsibilities: Define and implement QA standards, frameworks, and best practices for back-end testing. Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and test strategies for complex software applications. Perform system, functional, data, integration, performance, and regression testing to ensure robust back-end services. Design and execute API tests using tools such as Postman, SpecFlow, or equivalent. Analyze test results, identify issues, and work closely with developers to ensure timely fixes. Own the QA process within the team and drive improvements in collaboration with other engineering teams.
