Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Financial Controller to support the financial operations of the organization. This role is perfect for someone early in their finance and accounting career who is eager to learn and grow. You will assist with key financial tasks, including reporting, budgeting, and analysis, while gaining exposure to a wide range of financial activities. Key Responsibilities: Journal Entries & Month-End Closing:  Assist in preparing journal entries and participate in the month-end closing process. Budgeting & Forecasting:  Support the team in gathering data, analyzing financial performance, and preparing budgets and forecasts. Performance Monitoring:  Help track financial performance and compare actual results against forecasts and budgets. Reconciliations:  Perform account reconciliations and work to resolve any discrepancies. Bookkeeping & Data Management:  Support bookkeeping tasks and manage data in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.  Qualifications: Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Excel Skills:  Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to use formulas and advanced functions. Accounting Software:  Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus. Teamwork:  Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Language Skills:  Intermediate or higher English proficiency is required.
