As a National Sales Manager Surgical supporting our Surgical Business Unit, you will be trusted to drive sales growth, develop strategic partnerships, and lead a high-performing team at Alcon Ukraine.In this role, a typical day will include:Collaborating with sales teams, product managers, and key stakeholders to implement effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.Developing and executing sales plans, including forecasting, budgeting, customer segmentation, and team training.Leading and mentoring a sales team, including coaching, hiring, and professional development.Partnering with cross-functional teams such as Market Access, Technical Service, and CAS to drive business success.Ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies, while optimizing commercial excellence processes.WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or Business Economics.Proven experience in a Regional Sales, Product Manager or Sales Manager role within the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry.Strong people management, business acumen, strategic thinking and project management skills.Excellent negotiation, communication and leadership abilities with a results-driven mindset.Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and a valid Category B driving license.Fluency in English is required.HOW YOU CAN THRIVE AT ALCON:Make an impact by driving innovation and expanding access to advanced surgical technologies.Lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Enjoy professional growth with ongoing training, leadership development, and career advancement opportunities.
