The IT company Andersen invites a Business Travel Specialist to join its team.

Responsibilities

Organizing business trips: booking air tickets, hotels, renting cars, buying entrance tickets to events.Working with invoices and other documents.Communicating with accounting and human resources.Preparing reports.

Requirements

Experience in organizing business trips/travel for 2+ years.Experience with accommodation booking systems and purchasing air/rail and bus tickets.Experience in working with visas: knowledge of requirements of different consulates, filling out application forms, making appointments with consulates, preparing a package of documents.Strong skills in working with Google Sheets, MS Teams, Microsoft 365.Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment and with a large amount of information;.Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking.Level of English – from Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

Ability to work in 1C:Document Management.
