We are looking for a Business Travel Specialist to join our team in Ukraine. We are dedicated to helping GL employees with their business trips by providing streamlined organization. Your proactive attitude will be an asset to our team.Requirements:2+ years in an administrative position1 year + experience in travel or a similar areaGood knowledge of EnglishGood communication and networking skillsWillingness to fast learning and quick onboardingJob Responsibilities:Process travel requests within the EMEA region, specifically in Poland, Ukraine through the internal Jira Service Desk, ensuring compliance with the Company Travel Policy.Be effective in business trips and events organization and have a problem-solving approach.Ensures that travel needs are met within the constraints of the company travel budgetProvide support during the trip.
