What this position is about – Purpose
The purpose of this role is to enhance the capability and effectiveness of the Field Force by executing the training plan, delivering training programs, and ensuring continuous learning and skill development across the Field Force and sales team.

On-field Training Delivery and CoachingDelivers Sales Training sessionsImplements on-field training to support classroom learning with practical applicationProvides coaching to the Field force team, as relevantPost-Training Follow-upPrepares and tracks action plans after training sessions.Regularly assess field force progress and adjust training as neededReports training effectiveness and related metrics to stakeholdersBudgeting & Planning: Plans, manages and monitors the Sales training budgetWhom are we looking for – Requirements
BSc degree in business administration or relative3–5 years of experience in sales, training, or coaching roles, preferably within FMCG, retail, or related industriesExpertise in delivering classroom and on-field training and driving skill-enhancement initiativesProven ability to track performance metrics and align training objectives with business goalsGood knowledge of Route to Market (RTM) and commercial strategies and objectivesAdvanced analytical skills for assessing training effectiveness and team performanceExperience managing sales training budgets, including planning, allocating, and monitoring expensesStrong competencies in Presentation and strong communication skills Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)What are the next steps in the Recruitment process?
