Position Overview : As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions within our company, with a primary focus on roles based in the United States and Ukraine. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure the recruitment process is efficient and effective. Key Responsibilities : - Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop job descriptions - Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks - Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and collect feedback - Extend job offers and negotiate terms with candidates - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system - Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external partners Requirements - Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in international recruitment role - Knowledge of recruitment best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Fluent English, both written and spoken - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ATS - Work schedule: Monday - Friday from 15:00 till 23:00.
