We are happy to welcome to our team involved Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Consultant for working with American clients.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience with integration, implementation, and training of Dynamics CRM, Dynamics 365 solutions;
2+ years of Business Analyst experience (including BPMN, Problem Framing, Design thinking workshop, user stories);
Working experience with PowerAutomation, PowerApps, Dynamics PSA (Project Service Automation), Field Service (will be a plus);
Solid experience of setting up the system and user interface according to a defined business model;
Experience with implementation and development of D365 and PowerAutomation/Flow;
English – Upper Intermediate+ (speaking and writing);
Identifying, developing and putting into practice CRM solutions;
Collaboration and sound advising on project management, business process development, and implementation to meet business objectives;
Guiding pieces of training to help users become confident in working with the latest systems and technologies;
