Renesas is looking for a recently graduated service and results oriented individual to join our sales operations team. The Customer Service Representative role is the interface to our distribution partners and strategic customers. You will represent Renesas with the customer ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through clear and accurate communication and problem resolution.
Responsibilities
Primary customer facing supply contact fully responsible for handling all requests in relation to customer and distributor escalations including but not limited to tight supply management, inventory control and various activities cooperating closely with Sales.Develop and maintain strong business partnership with customers, sales, planning, finance, quoting and operation teams, proactively driving efficient collaboration and communication.Proactively monitoring, communicating and presenting to Management changes in customer demand to avoid supply disruptions or excess inventory.Manage escalations effectively by engaging/leading discussions to achieve resolution.Handle transactional activities across different systems, reports and procedures.Follow business controls per policies and procedures ensuring audit compliance.Renesas is a global semiconductor company providing hardware and software solutions for a range of cutting-edge technologies including self-driving cars, robots, automated factory equipment, and smart home applications.
