Requirements
Proven experience in B2B Lead Generation (preferably in IT / Tech / FinTech)
Strong understanding of ICP, decision-making logic, and the B2B sales funnel
Confident user of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems
Ability to write clear, persuasive outreach messages (or adapt templates)
Attention to detail, initiative, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads according to the defined ICP
Work with LinkedIn, email, and Telegram outreach channels
Keep CRM data and spreadsheets up to date
Collaborate with the Researcher, BizDev, and Project Manager
Monitor funnel performance and suggest process improvements
