Full-time role

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine

Potential start time: asap

Duration: 6 months (with the opportunity to get a managerial position upon successful completion of the program)

As a participant in our program, you will:

Act as a Finance Leader and Business Partner: Provide finance leadership in business decisions and external interactions (sales/production engineering) that directly influence the direction of our business.

Become a Problem Solver: Develop a deep understanding of business and market dynamics, analyze data, identify key insights, and offer financial expertise.

Embrace Risk: Take ownership of significant projects from Day 1, transforming and streamlining both local and regional operations.

Job Qualifications

You are the ideal candidate if you can answer "YES" to the following questions:

Are you a 3rd, 4th, or 5th-year student from any faculty or a recent graduate with an interest in Finance?

Are you proficient in English and Ukrainian?

Do you possess strong leadership and strategic analytical thinking skills?

Do you believe you have excellent collaboration abilities and the capacity to work across diverse organizations and teams?

Can you effectively manage your time to achieve even the most ambitious goals?

What We Offer:

Gross monthly salary of 58,750 UAH for the time of traineeship.
