Responsibilities
Partnering with sales operations, customer success, and solution engineering teams to automate lead-to-revenue processesFacilitating requirements sessions with stakeholders to align on solutions and document functional specifications and process flowsCollaborating with architects, developers, and testers to design, build, and deploy scalable business systemsLeading delivery teams through development, testing, deployment, and post-launch optimization activitiesBuilding cross-functional relationships while serving as a subject matter expert on sales processes and systemsWhat We're Looking For
Analyze business requirements and develop process flows and solution designs (3+ years)Work with Salesforce Sales Cloud including leads, opportunities, contracts, and quotes (1+ years)Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to deliver end-to-end solutionsCreate business process diagrams including swimlanes, sequence diagrams, and wireframesPrototype solutions and iterate based on stakeholder feedbackUse tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, SOQL, and SQLIntegrate Salesforce with marketing and sales tools like Marketo, Pardot, or LeanDataHold a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experienceWays of Working
