The Electrical Power Project Manager is an electrical engineer–focused role responsible for managing electrical scope across power generation, grid infrastructure, and backup power projects. The role requires working knowledge of electrical systems from 480V to 13.8kV and above, including electrical backup power systems. This is a project leadership position, not a hands-on electrician role.
Manage electrical scope for power generation, substations, grid interconnection, and energy infrastructure projects
Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities
Manage schedules, execution plans, risks, and change orders
Act as the primary client-facing contact for electrical execution
Provide technical oversight for electrical distribution, protection, and control systems
Support commissioning, energization, and project handover
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and Prismecs execution standards
Electrical engineer–focused background
Experience with electrical systems from 480V to 13.8kV and above
Knowledge of electrical backup and emergency power systems (generators, UPS, ATS)
Experience managing electrical scope on EPC, O&M, or energy infrastructure projects
Ability to read and interpret single-line diagrams and electrical schematics
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years experience in electrical power or energy projects
Strong communication and coordination skills
English proficiency required (Ukrainian/Russian a plus)
This role requires an electrical engineer–focused profile with knowledge of 480V–13.8kV systems and electrical backup power. Candidates without this background should not be considered.
