Prismecs is seeking a Project Engineer / Proposal Manager to support the development and execution of technical and commercial proposals for power generation and energy infrastructure projects.
This role works at the intersection of engineering, project execution, and commercial strategy, ensuring proposals are technically accurate, commercially competitive, and aligned with Prismecs delivery capabilities.
The ideal candidate has experience within power, energy, EPC, or industrial environments and is comfortable coordinating across engineering, operations, and leadership teams.
Lead preparation of technical and commercial proposals
Review RFP/RFQ/tender documentation and requirements
Coordinate proposal inputs from engineering, procurement, and operations teams
Develop proposal schedules and ensure on-time submissions
Prepare technical narratives, execution strategies, and scope summaries
Maintain proposal documentation and version control
Support project planning, execution strategies, and resource planning
Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
Assist with cost estimates, risk analysis, and technical evaluations
Support handover from proposal phase to project execution teams
Support opportunity evaluation and bid/no-bid decisions
Prepare presentations, capability statements, and client materials
Assist leadership with technical clarifications and client responses
Track proposal pipeline and opportunity status
Interface between engineering, commercial, and operations teams
Participate in proposal review meetings and technical discussions
Coordinate with subcontractors and external partners when required
Ensure proposal compliance with client specifications
Maintain Prismecs quality and documentation standards
Support adherence to company HSE and operational procedures
Engineering background preferred (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, or Industrial Engineering)
3–7+ years experience in:
Project Engineering
Proposal Management
EPC or Energy Infrastructure Projects
Experience supporting power generation, O&M, or industrial projects
Ability to interpret technical specifications and engineering documentation
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical inputs
Strong organizational and deadline management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
English proficiency required
Ukrainian or Russian language skills preferred
Experience with EPC or O&M power projects
Exposure to power plants, substations, or industrial energy systems
Proposal or tender submission experience
Experience supporting international projects
