We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a new project!

Please note this is a project based engagement, not an inhouse position. The social package in this case (vacation, days off, sick leaves, public holidays, equipment, accounting support) isn’t covered by Selecto.

Project Description: One of the largest private healthcare groups in the GCC region (the UAE, Saudi Arabia), with an extensive network of hospitals, clinics, and specialized medical centers. The company provides a wide range of medical services and actively invests in digital patient engagement channels.

The project is currently in the delivery and scaling phase, including:

• Website redesign (UX/UI + structural updates)

• Architecture changes

• API and third-party integrations

• Close collaboration with enterprise-level stakeholders

You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery coordination between design and development teams while maintaining strong client alignment and execution control.

Team composition: 2 FE React developers (hiring), Project Manager (hiring), QA, Designer.

Engagement Duration: 5 months with a possibility of extension; 1/3 FTE - part time position

Responsibilities

• Own and manage delivery from discovery to launch and scaling

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Design + Development)

• Scope definition, validation, and change management

• Timeline planning and milestone tracking

• Budget control and burn-rate monitoring

• Risk and dependency management

• Lead client communication and status reporting

• Facilitate demos, acceptance processes, and release planning

• Ensure alignment between internal teams and enterprise stakeholders

Must have

• Enterprise digital project delivery

• Strong scope and timeline planning

• Risk & change management

• Stakeholder management (C-level & enterprise)

• Budget and Burn-rate control 

• Experience with distributed teams

• Strong documentation and structured communication

• Agile / Hybrid methodologies

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare digital platforms

• Prior work with GCC-based clients

• Experience in scaling products post-MVP
