PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The BBC News Ukraine team currently operates in three countries: Ukraine, Poland, and the United Kingdom; this role is based in Kyiv.

The role requires a strong understanding of video production fundamentals and will lead a team of BBC journalists working across different cities and countries. You will oversee high‑quality content across video, audio and text, lead and develop a team of journalists, and work closely with colleagues in London to drive editorial initiatives and innovation.
