This role focuses on creating short, impactful video content designed to generate engagement and drive sales across platforms like Meta and TikTok.

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

• Edit engaging short-form video content specifically for paid social advertising on platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts that align with brand messaging and campaign goals.
• Stay on top of trends in short-form video content to ensure our creatives are fresh and relevant.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust edits to optimize for engagement and conversions.
• Repurpose existing video assets for various ad formats and platform specifications.

What You Bring:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in video editing for paid social ads, preferably for DTC or e-commerce brands.
• Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Proven ability to create compelling short-form video content that drives engagement.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and how they relate to video content.
• A keen attention to detail and passion for storytelling through video.

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience with fitness, nutrition, or supplement brands.
• Understand audience psychology and how to create content that resonates with target demographics.
• Possess skills in motion graphics or animation.
