Every year P&G manufacturing facilities hire engineering 3-6 years students and fresh university graduates as Trainees to work on exciting projects in the field of manufacturing management.

In our Product Supply department, we produce consumer goods to supply our customers with high-quality products, on time, and at a low cost. You will help us innovate to ensure the development and use of the most advanced technologies. We value your creativity and skill in analyzing and solving problems.

WITH US YOU WILL:

Control of production process in terms of productivity, reliability, safety, and our product qualityAnalyze production figures and provide plans for their improvementLead production/ engineering/ logistic (depends on department) processes improvement projectsBe single point accountability for the project team to deliver the project scope at cost, time, and qualityCoordinate purchases of the equipment and major spare parts according to the business need.Discover leading technologies, P&G standards and build your own capabilities through job experience, mentoring, and training.

Job Qualifications
