Job Description

As Country Manager, you will lead our clients operations, growth, and performance across Ukraine. This is a high-impact leadership role that combines strategic commercial management with hands-on operational delivery. You will own the country P&L, drive revenue growth, ensure exceptional customer experience, and lead a diverse team to deliver our clients ambition: to make hybrid working accessible everywhere.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Leadership

Own and deliver the country’s financial performance, including revenue and profit targets. Develop and execute strategic growth plans across all our clients brands and channels. Forge new partnerships to accelerate network expansion. 

Operational Excellence

Ensure centres operate efficiently, with high occupancy and outstanding customer service. Champion innovative workplace design and operational innovation.

Team Leadership

Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing team that embodies our clients customer centric culture. Foster collaboration across sales, marketing, operations, and network development functions. Drive accountability and performance through clear KPIs and data-driven management.

Customer & Partner Engagement

Represent our client as the market leader in flexible workspace, building strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Strong commercial track-record of driving month on month top and bottom-line growth. Outstanding leadership skills – you have recruited, trained, and retained a best in class team. Good at setting priorities, putting plans in place and using data to review performance. Understands and manage levers that maximize revenue and profitability including price and enquiry conversion. Professional and clear communication skills coupled with the ability to build strong business relationships. Well organised, good at setting priorities for self and others. Resilient and a strong work ethic.
