We are looking for an Engineering Manager for a Miltech company. This Manager will drive the product development process by combining strong technical expertise with leadership and management skills. The role is ideal for a professional ready to transition from a Team Lead to a Manager — taking ownership not only of people but also of the product, shaping its vision, coordinating cross-team efforts, and implementing effective processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the product development process (Scrum)
• Coordinate work across teams and different product areas
• Ensure quality, timelines, and efficiency of technical solutions
• Develop and mentor engineering teams, supporting their professional growth
• Shape the product vision and technical strategy
• Drive communication between engineering, product management, and other departments

Requirements:

• Higher technical education (Computer Engineering or related field)
• Proven experience in engineering management or technical leadership
• Deep understanding of software development processes
• Hands-on experience with C++, Linux, and single-board computers (ARM)
• Experience with Scrum, Jira, Git
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking
• Enthusiastic about technology and development
• Result-oriented and proactive
• Able to make decisions and take responsibility
• Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Automotive projects
• Background in product companies or startups
• Strong hands-on expertise with C++
• Understanding of full-cycle technology product development — from concept to release
• Experience with custom hardware development
