We support all major team sports and cater to every level from youth, high school, college, through professional.RequirementsA minimum of 4 years of Developer experienceAt least 3-4 years in a management capacity.Location: Lviv or the Lviv regionExperience in managing a team of 30+ people directly or overseeing 2-3 accounts.In-depth technical domain knowledge, preferably in Backend or Cloud, paired with a solid understanding of key technologies relevant to these domains.A robust grasp of modern Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, management principles, and techniques. Demonstrated ability in establishing and adapting project processes, identifying and mitigating risks, understanding financial implications, and swiftly addressing challenges.Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologiesThe role demands a high degree of autonomy, versatility, and proactivity. A strong focus on delivering results, a commitment to fulfilling obligations and the willingness to take initiative are crucial.Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills are essential.Possession of a PMP or related certification is highly advantageous.
