The project centers on building a mobile-first lifestyle platform that combines a B2C customer portal and a B2B CRM solution using Microsoft Dynamics, alongside PHP and Drupal. This platform will enable seamless, omnichannel customer journeys and modern digital touchpoints, elevating how users interact with events, content, and services while driving meaningful, data-driven engagement across the entire ecosystem.
