Our client is a leading UK-based sports events organizer responsible for some of the world’s most iconic mass-participation sports events. The work centers on building a mobile-first lifestyle platform that combines a B2C customer portal and a B2B CRM solution using Microsoft Dynamics, alongside PHP and Drupal. This platform will enable seamless, omnichannel customer journeys and modern digital touchpoints, elevating how users interact with events, content, and services while driving meaningful, data-driven engagement across the entire ecosystem.

Together with the client, we're currently undergoing a major digital transformation. The main goal is to move away from a fragmented landscape of vendor-locked apps and 'technology sprawl' toward a standardized, modern technology stack.

IF YOU ARE

A professional Mobile Full-Stack Engineer with 5+ years of development experience with React Native for mobile apps and for real-time web dashboardsExperienced in at least one of programming languages: , or Python especially for AI, or LangChain capabilitiesProficient in SQL ServerComfortable working without a dedicated QC team and covering manual work with automated testsProactive and product thinking-oriented, ready to push back when necessary, and propose better technical alternativesFamiliar with AI tools in enhancing productivity and solving complex problemsCapable of maintaining daily communication with English-speaking software engineers on the client sideAdept at understanding legacy code (PHP, C#) and facilitating its migration to a modern stack (nice to have)

Build and improve the client's mobile applications using React NativeCreate and maintain real-time web dashboards using Help untangle the existing 'spaghetti' tech stack and establish a clean sustainable architectureHandle the full delivery cycle from coding to testing and deploymentConduct demos not just from a technical but from a user perspective, explaining value to stakeholdersPotentially leverage Python and AI capabilities (LangChain) to bring smart features to the platform
