The role, reporting directly to the Country Director, will be managing the following activities:
Lead and develop the logistics team Manage the logistics P&, forecasting, cost & stock control Drive digital transformation and continuous improvement culture within the Logistics Department. Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's logistics strategy Monthly planning and forecasting of import and end-to-end material flows Monthly planning of internal SOP consolidating the forecast of market Management of daily operation of import (custom clearance) and coordinating the warehouse keeper (good entry, good issue, picking, stocking) Lead business in analysis of distribution analysis (delivery size, order size, geomix analysis) and overall supply chain performance Develop and execute inventory management strategy Scout logistic suppliers (transportation, custom clearance, warehousing), tender/rfq management according to company standard process and procedures with a focus on building long-term partnerships Coordinate activities between procurement, sales, and other departments to ensure aligned and efficient logistics operations Support the budget and forecast preparation and variance analysis Measure and analyze the logistic performance metrics and their economic impact on the company's competitiveness Oversee logistics IT systems and reporting Propose strategic projects for improvement of service/cost reductionThe ideal candidate has a degree in Economics and 3-5 years of experience in Logistics Department.
Good relational skills, teamwork aptitude, good, flexibility and pro-activity will complete the profile.
