Sincerus Global Solutions, Inc., seeks an experienced Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist to provide support services for an End-Use-Monitoring (EUM) program in Ukraine. Duties and responsibilities to include (but not limited to): Conducting surveys and other data collection to assess equipment usage and evaluate its effectiveness for over 22,000 assets in Ukraine.  

• Fluent in Ukrainian and possessing the requisite skills, cultural sensitivity, local expertise, and adaptability necessary to effectively conduct EUM activities in both a war and post-war contexts.
• Must have the ability to travel without restriction throughout Ukraine.
• Must have familiarity with the Ministry of the Interior, including the National Police of Ukraine, the State Border Guard Service, and the National Guard of Ukraine is strongly preferred.
