You will attract and support forex clients from Ukraine and actively expand the brand’s presence in their local market, increase trading volumes, and retain the existing client base.This position requires relocation to Armenia. ResponsibilitiesAttract and convert new clients via calls, messengers, and social mediaReactivate inactive clients and run structured calling campaignsPresent the company’s trading services and platforms (MT4/MT5) to prospectsSupport clients with account setup, verification, payments, and platform onboardingAssist with MT4/MT5 basics and cBroker-related questionsConduct retention and follow-up calls to increase activity and promote value-added servicesMonitor market trends and competitors and share client insights with internal teamsKeep CRM data accurate and prepare basic reports in Excel/Google SheetsRequirementsProven experience in the Forex industry (sales, support, retention, or account management)Solid knowledge of MT4/MT5 and general trading mechanicsKnowledge of cBroker or similar back-office systems is a strong plusConfident in cold calling, presenting, and handling objectionsFluent Ukrainian and strong Russian (spoken and written)Experience working with CRM systems (SugarCRM, Bitrix24, AmoCRM, HubSpot or similar)Good command of Excel/Google Sheets and a client-focused, target-driven mindsetOur benefitsCompetitive salary and commission structure based on performanceMedical InsuranceRelocation support and sponsorship
