The product you will be working with, provides management and data processing/handling capabilities for networks of the clients scientific lab equipment such as microscopes, etc. The main goals are:Collection and centralized management of data outputs (measurement results, etc.) provided by clients devicesOutdated data utilizationManaging large volumes of data acquired from measurement devices in the cloud securely and reliablySeamless sharing of measurement data with collaboratorsThe ability to share measurement results and accelerate customer serviceRequirementsWe are looking for a Junior Technical Writer to help us bridge the gap between complex technology and the people who use it. You will work closely with our engineering, product, and support teams to create clear, concise, and helpful documentation.The document’s language is English1+ years of proven experience in writing technical documentation for enterprise software users, system administrators, and other technical audiencesUnderstanding of the documentation development process, the software development process, and product lifecyclesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with globally-distributed and culturally-diverse departmentsExperience in proofreading and editing documentationFamiliarity with tools like Confluence, Jira, Git, Draw.io, MS Office 365Excellent command of EnglishJob responsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesCreate Content: Draft, edit, and maintain User Manuals, API documentation, etcLearn the Product: Proactively use the software to understand its features and document them accurately from a user’s perspectiveCollaborate: Work with Senior Technical Writer, Developers and Product owners to gather information and ensure technical accuracyStandardize: Maintain a consistent voice and style across all documentation according to our internal style guideImprove UX: Identify areas where documentation is confusing and suggest ways to make information easier to find and digestWhat we offerCulture of caring.
