What you'll be doing:

• Own end-to-end management reporting (P&L, Cash Flow, ROI, COGS), from preparation to automation.
• Analyze sales, profitability, and unit economics by SKU, category, and region to identify drivers and bottlenecks.
• Forecast revenue, profit, and operating costs. Evaluate advertising efficiency (ACoS, TACoS) and its margin impact.
• Ensure data integrity across Amazon reports, accounting systems, and bank statements.
• Automate financial reporting using scripts, Amazon API, Python, or other tools.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards in Google Sheets, Excel, or Power BI.
• Optimize data structures, formulas, and reporting processes. Help evolve our overall reporting architecture.
• Support budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and payment calendar management.
• Develop and review financial models for pricing, promotions, and growth scenarios.

What we're looking for:

• 2-3 years in finance, analytics, or e-commerce.
• Google Sheets Expert: Pivot tables, complex formulas (QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, XLOOKUP), dynamic ranges.
• Proven skill in automating reports with scripts and integrating data sources.
• Solid experience with core financial models (P&L, Cash Flow, Unit Economics).
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to structure complex data clearly.
• Be able to relocate on a permanent basis if necessary.

Additional skills we’d love to see:

• Tools: Power BI (DAX), Google Apps Script / Python / SQL, AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) for analysis.
• Knowledge: Amazon Seller Central (FBA, PPC fees), treasury basics, P&L reporting.
• Background: Experience in management reporting/BI systems or e-commerce/FMCG.
