Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and reliable HR Generalist to support our team in Vietnam. This role combines full-spectrum HR responsibilities with daily administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations within a dynamic multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

• Manage end-to-end local recruitment for various roles.
• Coordinate and support training programs for employees.
• Assist in performance evaluation processes and maintain HR documentation.
• Handle employee relations, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment.

Administrative Management

• Oversee daily office administrative tasks.
• Organize meetings, events, and internal activities.
• Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and service providers as needed.
• Job Requirements:
• Vietnamese nationality is required.
• Strong proficiency in English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational company.
• Mature, professional, and self-motivated with strong organizational and communication skills.
