Skills we are looking for

5+ years of experience in marketing 3+ years in a managerial position Intermediate+ English proficiency Understanding of multi-channel digital marketing and key principles for building campaigns on effective platforms to meet performance targets Ability to create reports and interpret results using Google Analytics, Firebase, Power BI, and other platforms Skills in building user segments and establishing effective communication channels, including automation Capability to analyze the target market and competitors and to develop effective strategies for achieving business goals Experience in creating and implementing marketing strategies and managing brand development Understanding of budgeting principles and building campaigns focused on ROI (ROMI) Ability to establish and maintain effective communication within the marketing team and cross-team collaboration to solve work tasks with minimal effort and time
