Now, we’re launching an internship program for aspiring recruiters — a rare opportunity to learn how recruitment works inside a venture capital firm and to help our startups grow their teams.

What you will do

• Assist Talent Acquisition Specialists in full-cycle recruitment for our portfolio companies;
• Learn how to conduct candidate sourcing, pre-screens, and HR interviews;
• Help coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates;
• Support in preparing job descriptions and posting them on various platforms;
• Participate in weekly syncs with hiring managers and founders;
• Conduct market and salary research;
• Contribute to analytics and recruitment reports.

About you

• You’re passionate about recruitment and startups;
• You have strong communication and organizational skills;
• You’re eager to learn about sourcing, interviewing, and startup hiring processes;
• You have at least an Upper-Intermediate English level;
• Previous experience in HR, recruiting, or event coordination will be a plus.
