We are growing and looking for a Senior Talent Sourcer to join our team who will focus on working with tech and non-tech roles across different locations! The Talent Sourcer will play a key support role within this team, assisting recruiters in the identification of Tech talent for middle to leadership-level roles and supporting company growth. Responsibilities:

Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancy requirements using several channels: LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, social networks  Using a variety of research methods and sourcing techniques to generate a talent pool for a vacancy Maintaining timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the ATS Attending briefing sessions with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand requirements and to take part in building search strategies Developing talent pipelines for future hiring needs

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree Strong Intermediate or higher spoken and written English 2+ years of experience in IT sourcing  Research acumen and creativity, a person who can learn new tech roles and business domains quickly and understand how to deliver effective search strategies within requirements Solid communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with potential candidates Organized and data-focused, with a strong attention to detail Analytical mindset Сurious, a strong desire to learn Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment Fluency in Ukrainian is required
