Requirements
— Higher education (preferably in IT, management, or related fields);
— Completion of project management courses;
— Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.);
— Familiarity with JIRA and general IT terminology;
— Experience in creating documentation, manuals, or process descriptions;
— Previous exposure to QA, development, or system administration;
— Logical thinking and problem-solving skills;
— Strong multitasking abilities and confidence in decision-making;
— Independent, with strong communication and leadership skills;
— Native Ukrainian and Upper-Intermediate+ English.
Would Be a Plus
— Participation in organizations like AIESEC;
— Experience in banking.
Responsibilities
— Assisting in planning, organizing, and overseeing project execution;
— Acting as a bridge between the team and clients, ensuring clear communication;
— Managing project documentation and preparing reports;
— Monitoring deadlines and ensuring the quality of task completion;
— Identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies;
— Contributing to the development and implementation of project management processes and tools.
