The IT company Andersen is currently in search of a Consulting Director (Healthcare).

Responsibilities

Organizing and coordinating the implementation of consulting projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks and achievement of set goals.Formulating and implementing the development strategy of the consulting department, including the definition of key areas and priorities of work.Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying their needs and developing customized solutions.Analyzing the consulting services market, monitoring trends and competitors, adapting the department's strategies in accordance with changes.

Requirements

Experience in management positions in the consulting industry for 5+ years.Understanding of technologies, trends and tools in the field of information technology, as well as the ability to apply them in consulting practice.Experience in the Healthcare industry and understanding of the specifics of its business processes.Experience in developing strategies and approaches for successful implementation of consulting projects.Ability to analyze data and identify key problems and opportunities for clients based on the information obtained.Ability to build, develop and motivate a team of consultants, ensuring high performance.Level of English − from Upper-Intermediate+ and above.
