IF YOU ARE
Experienced in audit, compliance, or governance frameworks such as SOC2, ISO 27001, or GDPRKnowledgeable about risk management, internal controls, and evidence-based auditing processesAnalytical and detail-oriented, able to track readiness and identify compliance gaps across projectsProficient in collaboration and documentation tools (Slack, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, etc.)Organized and self-driven, able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyCommunicative and skilled at consulting Project Managers and Delivery Directors on evidence collection and audit preparationFluent in English, capable of explaining technical concepts to a diverse, multicultural audienceHands-on working with internal or external auditors (nice-to-have knowledge)Showing background in IT service delivery or project management within a global environment (as an advantage)AND YOU WANT TO
Guide and support Project Managers through the SOC2 audit process, ensuring readiness and compliance at every stageConsult stakeholders on audit types, evidence requirements, controls, and process timelinesMonitor onboarding progress, evidence uploads, and audit readiness through dedicated tools and checklistsCollaborate with internal and external auditors, validating evidence and supporting audit interviewsMaintain and enhance SOC2 resources (guides, presentations, onboarding materials, self-check forms) to ensure clarity, accuracy, and relevanceLead continuous improvement efforts: gather feedback, analyze gaps, and recommend process optimizations to strengthen the SOC2 frameworkEscalate risks and noncompliance issues to Delivery and CISO Management to ensure timely resolution and risk mitigationTOGETHER WE WILL
