The Role - Fractional CTO

We are looking for a Fractional Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who can guide our technical vision and strategy. This part-time role calls for an individual with extensive experience in AI and no-code technologies who can provide a strategic overview while hands-on mentoring engineering teams. You will be a key player in shaping our technology landscape and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the technical strategy of the organization, aligning it with business goals and market opportunities.
• Lead the integration of AI and no-code tools into our existing workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Assess new technologies and platforms, ensuring that we stay ahead of trends and leverage the best solutions available.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Ensure that systems are secure, reliable, and scalable.
• Communicate technology strategy to partners, stakeholders, and the board of directors.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and ethical standards.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, particularly in startup or high-growth environments.
• Proven expertise in AI technologies and their application in business solutions.
• Strong experience with no-code/low-code platforms (Dify, Bubble, Webflow, etc.).
• Experience developing tech strategy, architecture, and implementation plans.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and product lifecycles.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills; able to inspire and mentor tech teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills; able to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience working in healthtech or related fields is a significant plus.
