We’ve built a strong team and become Laba Group, recognized by Forbes and Harvard Business Review. Currently, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior FP&A Associate whose primary target will be to lead forecasting and budgeting streams for the entire Laba Group, conducting detailed financial analysis, therefore contributing to improvement initiatives across 9 different jurisdictions.

Your areas of influence on the company’s growth:

• Lead the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting streams for the group of companies.

• Consolidate and process local markets' business knowledge for planning insights.

• Engage in detailed financial analysis across various business scenarios and initiatives.

• Prepare and maintain regular reports providing valuable insights into various financial metrics.

• Contribute to business process improvement initiatives, aiming to reduce internal errors and optimize efficiency.

• Engage in high-level communication with country general managers.

• Serve as an HQ guide for local country finance associates in forecasting and planning streams.

Requirements

The skills we’re looking for:

• BSc in Finance or Economics.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial controlling, or other relevant finance areas.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Solid understanding of IFRS.
• Ability to process large volumes of data quickly.
• Professional proficiency in English with at least Advanced speaking skills.

• Excellent time management skills and backlog management experience.
  

Strong advantage (but not obligatory) if you also have:

• ACCA, CIMA or other professional qualifications in progress.
• Experience with different accounting software solutions.
• Previous experience of working in the international environment
