Currently, we are looking for Middle Recruiter who will manage the full-cycle of the recruitment process, which means building appropriate sourcing strategies, screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations. Ensures candidates have a positive recruitment experience and possesses comprehensive knowledge of employment options aligned with the possibilities and collaboration policies in different countries. Conducts feasibility checks for collaboration with future employees. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process and contribute to the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
Source and reach out to potential candidates through various channels, including international job boards, social media, and networking Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals globally to meet current and future hiring needs in different countries Conduct thorough candidate assessments, evaluating soft skills, experience, cultural fit and assess the available form of employment in a specific country Provides the candidate with information about employment options in accordance with the possibilities and collaboration policies in different countries; ensures the feasibility check of collaboration Coordinate and conduct initial and follow-up interviews Collaborate closely with hiring managers, staffing partners to understand specific talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, address concerns, and adjust strategies as needed Communicate transparently with candidates, keeping them informed about their status and next steps Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make strategic recommendations for attracting top talent in different countries Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for process improvement.Requirements:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field 2+ years of relevant experience as an IT Recruiter Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends Upper-Intermediate + level of English Strong proficiency in recruitment sourcing strategies, incorporating job campaigns, internet job boards, social networking, and employer branding Experience using sourcing tools to find active and passive candidate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment toolsWe offer*:
