Job Description
Lead the development of a marketing strategy for Instant Coffee Jacobs in UkraineOwnership and management of Instant Coffee Jacobs P&L in UkraineDevelopment and management of Instant Coffee Jacobs portfolioDevelop and implement brand marketing plan to achieve short-term and long-term sales goals, financial KPIs, as well as market share goalsDevelop a plan of the launch of new products in the marketsLead NPD launch in Ukraine (cooperation with global and local R&D; alignment with all stakeholders)Prepare presentations for Sales team, Leadership teamPrepare monthly reports and presentations on brand representation in the market, financial performance (P&L), regular analyses of business processesWork with advertising agencies to promote brands (adaptation/creation of communication materials, development of packaging designs, BTL and ATL projects)Develop and approve packaging designsTrack activity of competitorsQualifications
Proven track record in marketing at least 3 years Advanced FMCG Brand Management in top marketing organization, managing multiple brands/categories Advanced English (speaking and writing)Ability to work efficiently in an area of high independence, multitasking, deadlinesDeveloped leadership competencies and focus on resultsAnalytical mindset, attention to detailExcellent knowledge of MS Excel (work with complex formulas and macros)Good communication and presentation skillsAbility to work alone and in a teamAdditional Information
