We are seeking a Middle Salesforce Engineer to join a team of engineers on a long-term project aimed at supporting a client’s initiative in the Healthcare and Life Sciences domain. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that support public health through safer drug use.

This is you

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with hands-on skills in Apex, LWC, Aura, and integrations;
  
• Basic understanding and preferably practical experience with Salesforce packaging, especially 2GP;
  
• Familiarity with Salesforce development lifecycle, including deployment and version control processes;
  
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  
• Ability to work on a long-term program and adapt to evolving requirements;
  
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I or II);
  
• Experience or interest in Healthcare and Life Sciences domain.

This is your role

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions supporting client's program requirements;
  
• Build frontend components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura frameworks;
  
• Implement backend logic and integrations using Apex and web services;
  
• Participate in Salesforce packaging and deployment;
  
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions;
  
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Salesforce applications to improve performance and usability;
  
• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and best practices to maintain code quality;
  
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical insights.
