We are looking for a Middle Manual QA Engineer to join our innovative team.

By partnering with financial institutions, they help deliver engaging, trustworthy, and compliant customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Manual testing of web and mobile applications (Functional, Non-Functional, Smoke, Regression); Product requirements analysis; Participate in the creation of various test cases and checklists; Report and share bugs with a team and conduct review/clarification sessions; Work on test plan and QA reports; Be an owner of the release process and track the readiness and reliability of the system; Proactively participate in the QA process improvement; Daily communication with the customer about progress and product quality.Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in manual testing; Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices; Proficiency in testing web applications across different browsers and platforms; Experience with browser dev tools; Experience with prompt engineering for AI LLMs; Experience in using Postman for API testing, including creating and managing collections, requests, and environments; Experience in writing and maintaining test documentation (checklists, test cases, bug reports, Confluence articles); Strong understanding of Boolean logic (conditions, AND, OR, NOT, etc); Experience in SCRUM/Agile-based projects; Good knowledge of mobile app testing (iOS and Android); Ability to travel internationally for individual client meetings.Soft Skills:
