CEMARK has an exciting opportunity to join the Supply Chain Department as a Procurement Category Manager, who will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing relationships with Contractors to ensure the procurement of high-quality services.
Key responsibilities:
Research and identify potential Contractors based on business needs. Evaluate Contractors on criteria such as quality, cost, safety and reliability. Conduct negotiations to secure favourable terms and agreements. Manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies. Continuously analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities. Resolve Contractors issues promptly and effectively.Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist or in a similar procurement role. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of market trends and sourcing best practices.
