We’re looking for a Promo Team Lead who can combine leadership, analytics, and creativity to boost our brands across Tier 1 markets.
Requirements
🧭 What makes you a great match:
• 3+ years of experience in the iGaming industry in roles such as Promo Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Retention Manager, or similar positions
• At least 1 year of proven leadership experience as a Promo Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Retention Manager, or in a similar role
• Hands-on experience with promo and bonus setup in Back Office (BO) systems
• Experience working with multiple platforms (SoftSwiss, Soft2Bet, TrueLabel, Advabet, EasyRocket, etc.)
• At least 1 year of experience managing a team of 5+ people, including task setting, performance monitoring, and staff development
• Experience in calculating and analyzing the economic efficiency of bonus programs and promotions (ROI, GGR impact, retention uplift)
• Knowledge of player segmentation principles, loyalty systems, and gamification mechanics
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Sheets/Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Strong negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
📋 Your daily adventures:
Leadership & Team Management
• Lead a team of 4+ Promo Managers: task assignment, performance control, one-to-one meetings, performance reviews
• Provide mentorship, develop competencies, and improve team efficiency
• Ensure adherence to workflows and deadlines
Strategy & Planning
• Develop promo strategies for a multi-brand portfolio (10+ Tier 1 market brands)
• Create and oversee promo calendars
• Initiate and launch strategic promo activities based on market trends and competitor analysis
Promo Operations & Execution
• Oversee bonus and promo setup in Back Office across different platforms
• Supervise the rollout of new promo mechanics and gamification features (lootboxes, missions, cashback, tournaments, referral programs, etc.)
• Establish QA processes and conduct final checks before campaign launches
Analytics & Performance
• Analyze key promo performance metrics: engagement, retention, ROI, impact on NGR
• Prepare promo performance reports for top management
• Identify growth opportunities and propose improvements to promo mechanics
Cross-Team Collaboration
• Coordinate with CRM, Content, Game Management, VIP, and Product teams for promo initiatives
• Collaborate with analytics and BI teams to build dashboards and reporting systems
Innovation & Development
• Monitor market and competitors, implement new approaches and mechanics
• Test and roll out A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize promotions
• Explore new tools for personalization and enhancing player engagement
