We’re building a high-performance affiliate team for a fast-growing crypto casino that knows how to win where it counts: on the ground, at exhibitions, and in the inboxes of real traffic drivers.

We’re not looking for generalists—we’re hunting for specialized affiliate managers, each with a clear domain focus and an instinct for deal-making. If you can hustle affiliates like it’s an expo free-for-all, read on.

Your Role

• Own and grow affiliate relationships within one specific channel:
  • SEO affiliate sites
  • Paid traffic (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Ad networks & programmatic platforms
  • In-app advertising
  • Niche traffic sources (Telegram, YouTube, forums, etc.)

• Prospect affiliates using:
  • Personal networks
  • Google (yes, really)
  • Marketing agency outreach
  • Crypto communities

• Attend industry exhibitions and act like a predator with a badge. Our competition brings entire swarms of affiliate managers. We expect you to outplay them.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing or digital media buying
• Familiarity with crypto and/or casino verticals preferred
• Grit, speed, and a killer instinct to close deals
• Self-motivated and highly organized
• Ability to work independently with accountability
