We are looking for a visionary, business-oriented Head of Engineering to lead our technology strategy and drive innovation across client engagements and internal processes. The ideal candidate is a seasoned R&D leader or technical executive with a strong consulting mindset, outstanding communication skills, and hands-on experience with AI.

Responsibilities:

Define and drive the company’s technology strategy, leveraging AI and emerging trends to enhance service offerings and internal efficiency. Lead technical pre-sales: client discovery, solution architecture, estimation, PoC development, and proposal presentations. Support consulting engagements with high-impact deliverables: architecture audits, tech strategy. Ensure delivery excellence on key projects through architectural oversight, process setup, and collaboration with PMs and Delivery Managers. Build and manage a network of top-tier architects and tech leads (internal and external) to support engagements and existing projects. Builds and leads high-performing tech teams, drives innovation, and fosters a culture of excellence. Partner with Account Managers to identify new opportunities and drive client product and process improvements. Facilitate innovation workshops and ideation sessions to help clients and internal teams shape new features or services. Drive adoption of AI and automation across departments to improve productivity, reduce costs, and support data-driven decisions. Oversee implementation of strategic platforms and services (e.g., ServiceNow) through expert-led task forces.

Required skills:

8+ years in technology roles, with experience as CTO, Head of R&D, Lead Architect, or Engineering Manager in consulting, outsourcing, or product companies. Strong client communication skills; understands how to scope, pitch, and deliver consulting projects. Actively applies AI for development acceleration, cost optimization, and productivity across teams and processes. Hands-on experience with architecting and delivering fixed-price engagements; understands budgeting, scoping, risk management. Understands project budgeting, ROI, delivery metrics, and financial drivers behind tech decisions. Professional experience in JavaScript. Experience in Python and other technologies would be a plus. Experience in the Healthcare or Fintech domain is a strong plus.
